Geohazard, Erosion, & Sediment Control Evaluations

Geologic Hazard Assessment:

Obtaining a geologic hazard assessment can safeguard your development project from danger caused by geological phenomena such as landslides and unstable soils, as well as seismic-related hazards. EMS has professional geologist partners to help you locate the best site for your development project.

Erosion & Sediment Control Plans (ESCP):

Before construction can take place on your property, all local jurisdictions require you to apply for an Erosion & Sediment Control permit accompanied by a plan showing how you will mitigate erosion and control sediment runoff during excavation. Our experienced professionals can develop an Erosion & Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) to accompany your permit application, a plan that meets all regulatory & environmental requirements.
