These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in Environmental Management Systems Inc’s text messaging program (“Program”). By opting in, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Promotional texts are sent only to users who separately opt in to marketing messages.

1) Program Description

You may receive recurring text messages regarding: appointment reminders/updates, arrival notices, service or project updates, estimates, and relevant promotions/announcements.

2) Opt-In & Consent

  • You provide express written consent by submitting our Opt-In & Consent Form at https://envmgtsys.com/contact-us/ (or other clearly disclosed consent mechanisms we provide).

  • We do not use purchased, rented, or third-party lists for SMS marketing.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Frequency: varies (recurring).

  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

4) Opt-Out Instructions

  • Text STOP to cancel. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

  • After you send STOP, you’ll receive a one-time confirmation text and then be unsubscribed from that number.

  • To rejoin later, you may provide consent again or, if prompted by your carrier, text START/UNSTOP.

You may not use the Program for unlawful purposes or to abuse, harass, or harm others. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

We may modify or discontinue the Program, or update these Terms. We’ll note changes by updating the Effective Date and posting revisions on our website.

12) Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, EMS disclaims all warranties and is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation. In any event, our total liability will not exceed $100.

13) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
